How the calculator works
- Credits needed: finished songs multiplied by generations per song, multiplied by credits per generation.
- Credits per generation: a standard generation uses about 10 credits and returns two songs. Extra actions cost credits too, so you can raise this number.
- Free plan: shown as 1,500 credits a month, which is 50 credits a day for 30 days. Free credits reset daily, so you can only spend 50 on any one day.
- Plan fit: a plan fits only if it covers both your credits and your downloads.
Plan limits used
- Free: 50 credits a day, no downloads, no commercial rights.
- Pro: 2,500 credits and 20 downloads a month, with commercial rights. $10 a month, or $8 a month billed yearly.
- Premier: 10,000 credits and 60 downloads a month, with commercial rights. $30 a month, or $24 a month billed yearly.
Why downloads matter
Pro credits stretch to about 500 songs a month, but only 20 can be downloaded. If you need 25 finished songs off the platform each month, you need Premier even though Pro has plenty of credits. Generate freely, then save downloads for the tracks you will really use.
